"D. B. Kelley has written a monumental book with the potential to transform our understanding of the natural world. It is immensely important!”
~Dean of Science, George Perry, University of Texas, San Antonio
The Origin of Everything
The full title of the book that shook the world is On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life. The full title of its modern predecessor is The Origin of Everything via Universal Selection, or the Preservation of Favored Systems in Contention for Existence. Because Nature's many systems are so highly interactive, they often experience remarkable levels of competition. This work therefore proposes that survival of the fittest is at work throughout the cosmos at large and has led to the emergence of every last phenomenon in history.
Consequently, the stability and self-organization of the entire universe is inevitable, as selection is not only ever-present, but is one of the most powerful principles at work in Nature. In fact, no other work has ever captured the true power of selection, as its resulting forces lead inescapably to an unwavering universe that is complete with stable planets, solar systems, life, complex humans and more. The innumerable secrets behind these measures of greater fitness occur all around us and in innumerable ways that otherwise would never be realized. In leading to a stable comos with stable lifeforms and even humans, survival of the fittest single-handedly explains all of the greatest feats in our lengthy evolutionary history and, of course, every last step in between. Universal selection may therefore stand as one of the most fundamental laws of nature ever discovered—i.e., maintain stability or altogether desist.
